We haven’t seen each other in a while, but I’ve enjoyed keeping up with you via your blogs.

I’m sorry to hear that the body’s been working its decomposition thing on you and hope that you recover as much as is possible as soon as possible.

I also hope you find whatever benefit you can in having to take stock of what’s most important to you and letting go of some of what’s not.
