I’ve dealt with a similar body-weakness-relationship – hope I didn’t cause you to dwell. I was hit by a van and it completely fucked up my rib cage which causes all sorts of problems… collapsed lung, walking, etc. Being a strong person in a body that won’t comply is rough. It is a relationship with yourself though. You said “Will to Power” gave you the energy in the convo… I was actually specifically referring to dealing with ways to deal with that sort of core strength shit. Oddly enough this came up out of a completely different subject. But maybe it was an undertone that ran through it. Perhaps looking back to that original comment about energy is the point. To recognize that if this is bothering you, it isn’t what others are noticing. I don’t know – I’m compelled to comment on this because I struck a nerve with you that if it runs as deeply as mine does, is really uncomfortable.

Hey Aragorn, I’m glad to hear the surgery went well and you are recovering. I have been at least middle-aged since my twenties, I think (I remember my grandfather who was in his upper eighties being astonished when he saw my cache of medications on a visit once), due to my long history with ulcerative colitis. Anyway, I have a lot of experience with facing some serious disappointments of the body and if you want someone to talk to about it, please feel free to contact me. -Danita
